Performance means we are achieving at least some of our goals. High-performance means that we are achieving goals while having a positive, fulfilling human experience. SupportingLines has been helping companies assess their high-performance rates for the past year through our High-Performance Index™

Introducing the Top 6 HPI Organizations.

These organizations reached an overall score of 80% or more in their High-Performance Index™️ Employee Survey results. This means employees are largely in agreement that the organization has a high-performance culture. Achieving this score is no small feat and these respondents are within our top quartile of clients who conducted an HPI survey.

We wanted to recognize the highest performing organizations who we have worked with in the past 12 months. We are also proud of the fact that the two highest scoring companies, Mobify and Social Nature are companies SupportingLines has worked with for the longest time. It takes deliberate effort and the involvement of all employees to build a great culture.

Canuck Place is BC’s pediatric palliative care provider for children with life-threatening illnesses and the families who love them. Our team of physicians, nurses, counsellors, therapists, staff, and volunteers provide medical respite care, pain and symptom management, art, music, and recreation therapy, end-of-life care, grief, loss, and bereavement counselling. 

Canuck Place is very focused on teamwork and cultivating a thoughtful, engaging work environment. Our time with their team was very inspiring given the incredible work that they do.

The Mission Possible team embraced the Comprehensive Survey wholeheartedly. While this team already has high scores on the High-Performance Index™️, senior management was focused on what they could do to further improve the human experience of work.

The purpose-built software combined with a curated range of smart home devices offer property managers real-time visibility and control over their units.

The Operto team was great to work with. They were very engaged in our high-performance index debrief and also showed amazing prowess at cross-functional goal-setting. It was very clear in our work together why this team excels in several elements of high-performance culture.
