The SupportingLines mission is to improve the human experience of work. We do that by inspiring leaders and empowering teams to engage millions of people in their work. Through our leadership workshops and coaching sessions, we help people achieve more goals and grow as individuals. This personal growth has a positive impact on that leader’s colleagues, friends and family. This effect even more profound when the mission of a client organization is to improve the quality of life of the members of our community.Â
We recently joined Vancouver’s HR Non-Profit Roundtable guest speakers. We truly appreciated the opportunity to introduce the SupportingLines engagement & performance diagnostic. HR leaders from several prominent Vancouver charities learned that the elements of high performance actually predict work engagement. They left with actions they could take within their own organizations to improve both performance and engagement.Â
Giving back to the community is an important element of the SupportingLines culture. On our path toward becoming a B Corp, we offer non-profits a pro bono leadership team debrief of our diagnostic. Leaders predict what their employees would say if they ran the diagnostic and we debrief the results together in a highly interactive session. It is a powerful experience ideally suited to leadership offsites or team building activities. If you are a member of a non-profit senior leadership team and would like to learn more about how to cultivate a high-performance culture, please contact coaching@supportinglines.com.
