Shannon Lambert

Shannon is currently an Executive Coach working with entrepreneurs who are aiming to grow and scale their businesses.  Previously, she was the co-owner and Chief People Officer of Veritaaq which was one of Canada’s top suppliers of IT professional services. As the CPO, she was responsible for building a vision and creating a strategy to deliver best in class learning and development programs.  She acted as a key advisor to the President and executive management team to ensure the people strategy was aligned with the core purpose, core values and business strategy of Veritaaq.  In 2005, Shannon and her step-brothers did a management buy-out.  Between 2005-2015, Veritaaq revenues grew from $16M to $110M.  In the fall of 2015, Veritaaq was acquired in large part by Manpower, an American multinational human resource consulting firm headquartered in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.  Shannon left the business in 2018 to start her coaching practice.

Shannon’s fulfillment and accomplishments can largely be attributed to her determination to lead a balanced life. She’s driven and hard-working, yet she focuses on family as much as she does business. Her approach has proven to be a winning strategy.
