Does your organization truly live its values?

An organization’s values are more than just buzzwords on the company website. They are characteristics that should be lived through the actions of leaders and known by all employees.

When leaders live their values, they demonstrate what leadership behaviours are expected at the organization. This clarity helps to improve employee performance and the human experience of work.

Real stories from C-suite executives

Our panelists will share their experiences of setting values for their organization and how they took ownership of these principles to ensure it is something that all employees live by.

Interactive discussions

The summit will also provide you with the opportunity to hear from and connect with guest speakers. Audience members will be invited to share moments of high-performance at their organization that was brought about by purposefully living their values.

Together, we will decide which stories will be shared by our audience members!
