Toni coaches emerging and evolving leaders seeking to influence and navigate transition, change, complexity, and their own transformations. She enjoys working with purpose-led people, motivated to grow as humans in a way that is true to their natural selves. 

A child of the hippy era and with diverse lived and work experience, Toni brings creative approaches into her coaching. Clients say she inspires trust and compassion for the human dilemma, while also challenging people and teams to think differently, to stretch their comfort zones. 

A Royal Roads Certified Executive Coach, she has 25 years’ experience as a business analyst, project manager and leader. She talks many industry and operational languages, including construction, high tech, financial services, manufacturing, natural resources, communications, government, non-profit, higher ed and in HR, IT, finance, sales, professional services, PR, training development, tech support and R&D. In her last corporate role, as founder and leader of a Global Sales Operations team, her team tripled their per FTE sales and employee retention increased to 96%. Today, Toni shares her time as an executive and leadership coach and as a Lean Black Belt coach. 

Toni shines light on what her client’s really want, their strengths and their creativity. She inspires clarity on what’s most important and meaningful and helps identify and reprogram what may be getting in the way, always with a view to achievable action. Toni feels privileged to be able to coach impactful non-profit leaders in Africa and to serve as a TED Fellows coach and in the Humanitarian Coaching Network.
