Community Yoga

Join us each Friday morning at 9am PST for SupportingLines Community Yoga


The world needs us to be leaders now! Yoga helps us become centred. It cultivates courage and gives us strength. This particular offering also provides people a chance for human interaction in a world of remote work.


Join Jeff Smith, a Certified Executive Coach and 200-hour Certified Dharma Yoga Instructor who will be leading our our practice. Jeff’s teaching journey began in 2016 when he was COO of a tech company. The warm reception to his corporate classes led his colleagues to affectionately nickname him the ‘Chief Yoga Officer’.  Jeff’s yoga classes are unique, subtly weaving elements of yoga philosophy, coaching and leadership wisdom into the practice.


It’s a sublime way to kick off your day, or end it, depending on what time zone you are in.

Each yoga session offers an approachable dharma yoga experience, including:

  • opening meditation
  • flow yoga series for energy
  • longer hold poses for stillness
  • guided deep relaxation

Participants will enjoy:

  • Increased energy
  • Improved grounding and balance
  • A deep dharma yoga experience.

These classes are by donation.
