As a teenager Armando started selling clothing out of the trunk of his yellow beetle. Alongside his brother, Armando has dedicated more than 30 years to the fashion industry, growing his once small business into one of Mexico’s most recognized fashion brands. Today the company has over 100 stores located in Mexico’s best fashion malls, with 1,500 employees. Shasa is recognized for their commitment to supporting youth in vulnerable population groups in Mexico through their Social Responsibility program.
Aside from work, Armando loves traveling with his family, practicing yoga and shares a passion for food and wine.
SupportingLines has worked with Shasa for the past year through our executive coaching services and workshops to refine their organizational goal-setting process. At the start of the pandemic, we worked with the senior leadership team to pivot the company’s annual goals from maximizing revenue to becoming a sophisticated online retail space. This past summer, Shasa completed the High-Performance Index™ and became one of our high-performance organizations, with an overall score of 85%.
