Founder & Chief Supporting Officer
Jeff is a COO and dedicated People & Culture leader for an emerging technology company. Jeff is COO for Mobify – a digital experience platform used by global retailers and Fortune 500 brands to drive hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue every year.
Jeff embodies the SupportLines model. He has over 20 years experience in sales, finance and operations across multiple industries. Jeff holds designations as a Certified Executive Coach, Chartered Professional Accountant and Chartered Business Valuator. His approach to relationships has generated $8 billion in new revenue and supported the integration of $10 billion in mergers & acquisitions. As a result of helping companies and non-profit organizations achieve tremendous growth, he received Business in Vancouver’s Forty Under 40 award in 2011.
His upcoming book, SupportingLines, was inspired by the outcomes of courses and training offered through the SupportingLines Institute. This website shares research, core performance insights and practical tools Jeff has honed over two decades of leadership.
When he’s not at work he is passionate about family time, practicing & teaching yoga, hockey coaching and personal development.
Co-Founder, Program Development and Communications
Amanda is a communications and change management expert with 16 years of experience with diverse organizations, from biotech startups to 20,000 person government authorities. She currently serves as Provincial Director, Stakeholder Engagement with the Provincial Health Service Authority (PHSA) in BC. She is certified in Prosci Change Management’s ADKAR method and trained in digital brand management (Schulich School of Business), facilitation, Speed of Trust and Clear Leadership. Amanda has a passion for bringing a SupportingLines™ approach to her work with colleagues, staff and the stakeholders who depend on the services from her organization.
Outside of work Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, experiencing food, reading great books and traveling.

Becky helps keep things moving. She is a highly motivated, organized and detail oriented Executive Assistant with 10+ years of professional experience working in a wide variety of industries. Becky played a key role as the core elements of SupportingLines were first implemented at a global helicopter company, without it being called that per se. Her diverse industry experience, combined with a design mindset and change management experience in complex, matrixed work environments lends well to the SupportingLines approach.
When not at work, Becky is a volunteer foster parent for dogs who need a home.
