Jeff embodies the SupportLines model. He has over 20 years experience in sales, finance, people & culture and operations across multiple industries. Most recently he served as COO for Mobify, a digital experience platform used by global retailers and Fortune 500 brands to drive hundreds of millions of dollars in revenue every year. Prior to that he led sales for CHC, a global helicopter services company that was generating $1.6B in annual revenue.
Jeff is a Certified Executive Coach, Chartered Professional Accountant and Certified Dharma Yoga Instructor (which earned him the nickname “Chief Yoga Officer”). His approach to relationships has generated $8 billion in new revenue and supported the integration of $10 billion in mergers & acquisitions. He believes that great leaders see supporting lines, not reporting lines. He honed the SupportingLines framework over several years, while helping many teams improve performance and increase engagement.
As a result of helping companies and non-profit organizations achieve tremendous growth, he received Business in Vancouver’s Forty Under 40 award in 2011.
When he’s not at work he is passionate about family time, practicing & teaching yoga, hockey coaching and personal development.
Client Services Director
Carlos is a certified executive coach with over 15 years of experience as a consultant in government affairs, business development and media relations. He provides SupportingLines clients with a creative approach to achieving business and personal goals. He is also able to coach in English or Spanish.
Carlos has worked for North American organizations – such as Fairmont Hotels, UPS, and Schulich School of Business – and has been an advisor to former Mexican presidents Vicente Fox and Felipe Calderon.
Carlos has a varied educational background which adds versatility to his coaching. He is a certified lawyer with a law degree from Universidad Iberoamericana, and holds two Master’s degrees – in International Public Law from Leiden University, and in Journalism from the University of British Columbia. He also completed the acclaimed Certified Executive Coach program at Royal Roads University.
Carlos was Member of the Board of “El Economista”, Mexico´s leading business newspaper, and publishes articles at The Tyee and mexico.com. He is a songwriter with two albums released, and has practiced Buddhism since 2003.
