What does 'genuine interest' look like?

If we surveyed your team and asked them if their leader shows a genuine interest in their personal development…what do you think they would say?

Our research has shown that while most leaders do care about their employee’s personal development, they often do not show it.

The key to high-performance culture lies beyond having good intentions, and lies in how you show this genuine interest.

In this session...

Executive stories

Our panelists will share their experiences of working with great leaders and the leadership behaviours they have learned over the years. We will uncover the key things all leaders should do to demonstrate authentic leadership and stand behind a high-performing team.

Audience stories

The summit will also provide you with the opportunity to hear from and connect with guest speakers. Audience members will be invited to share their examples of giving and receiving authentic leadership.

Together, we will decide which stories will be shared by our audience members!
