The Human Experience Summits are a series of events hosted by SupportingLines, where we explore core leadership topics on a deeper level. We focus on critical topics that are essential to cultivate high performance and create a positive human experience of work.

What is a coach approach?

Coaching is something that every leader can do without formal training. It requires you to be present, ask open-ended questions, actively listen, respect the confidentiality of the conversation and help the other person set clear objectives and actions.

Using a coach approach is a foundational element of leadership. Our research has shown that using a coach approach is almost 80% related to leadership effectiveness.

In this Human Experience Summit, you will learn:

Whether you are an executive coach, a new manager, or a seasoned leader, this webinar will help you deepen your relationships with employees and add more value to all conversations.

Real stories from Executives

The best managers help people find their own solutions instead of providing advice. Our panelists will share their experiences of adopting a coach approach, and the benefits and challenges that came with it.

Interactive discussions

The summit will also provide you with the opportunity to hear from and connect with participants. Audience members will be nominated to share key reflections and stories of when they think the coach approach was or could have been used.

Our feature charity

We suggest you make a donation to a non-profit who is doing a great deal to support our community.

Our charity focus: We focus on charities that help people improve their lives and be in a better position to focus on work. While we all want to perform at work, there are those among us who need extra support.

Thank you for your support in any amount.
