As the CEO of the Association of Corporate Executive Coaches (ACEC), CB is a coaches coach. She helps coaches expand their brand equity and solve client issues. ACEC supports Master-Level Corporate Executive Coaches who coach the top tier of Fortune 1000 companies in their quest to be “enterprise-wide business partners™” with their clients.
CB’s newest role is that of CEO for the organization Workplace Racial Equality, where her goal is to move workplace equality from intent & commitment to action. The program is designed based on her knowledge of suing two F’1000 organizations for race discrimination and winning both cases, as well as her numerous years of experience as a master corporate executive coach. CB has first-hand knowledge of the need for change so that it results in positive outcomes.
She is also the CEO of the MEECO Leadership Institute, a non-profit think tank that supports organizations that use executive coaches, who excel in positive cultural dynamics and who have strong employee engagement. MEECO is the certifying body for the MCEC (Master Corporate Executive Coach).
CB is one of the first black female executives to work for a Fortune 500 consumer products company and won several awards for product marketing and branding for products such as Honey Bunches of Oats, Raisin Brand, Shake N Bake, and Nabisco Shredded Wheat.
She also co-founded the National Association for Interior Designers and has a Masters in Business Administration from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business where she also taught and served on the Board of Advisors.
CB is one of the world’s most respected, indeed celebrated Certified Master Coaches; she is a Certified Master Coach from the Behavioral Coaching Institute in the Far East and Europe, and she is certified as a Master Corporate Executive Coach through the MEECO Leadership Institute in the United States. She is recognized as one of Marshall Goldsmith’s MG100. And is one of Marshall Goldsmith’s 50 Leading Global Coaches.
CB resides in Colorado with her husband Anthony Ottomanelli, and her 4-legged son, Sir London Slattie Bowman.
