Director of Change & Stakeholder Enablement, PHSA
Amanda is a seasoned healthcare professional with close to 20 years’ experience in helping diverse teams communicate, collaborate and integrate. Certified in change management, facilitation and building trust, she currently serves as a Director in the Transformation Leadership Office of British Columbia’s Provincial Health Services Authority. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Amanda worked extensively with teams focused on testing resources, infection prevention and allocation of protective equipment.

Amanda’s strength is in shifting conversations from what is broken to what is possible – and she is inspired by what teams can achieve when they have clarity and meaning in their work. Amanda is a biologist by training and began her career at the laboratory bench. As the mother to three children, her ability to listen, empathize and motivate is tested on a daily basis.
